Participate in the K-FOOD Consumer Experience Survey

SURVEY PERIOD: Until Saturday, August 30th, 2025



Korean food (K-FOOD) is experiencing remarkable popularity in the United States. From time-honored classics to innovative fusion creations, more and more people are embracing Korean flavors—often through short-form content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

To better understand this growing trend, we are conducting a survey on how U.S. consumers experience Korean food and how short-form content influences their perceptions and dining choices. The insights gained will be used to further promote Korean food culture and develop meaningful cultural exchange programs.

This research is supported by Otoki Ham Taiho Foundation, a leading Korean food company, and conducted by Professor Boruem Kim from Hansung University.

Survey Details:

  • Period: Until August 30, 2025

  • Estimated Time: Approximately 5 minutes

  • Incentive: 20 participants will be randomly selected to receive a $20 Amazon Gift Card (delivered via email)

  • Privacy: All responses will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for research purposes. All collected data and personal information will be permanently deleted after December 31, 2025.
