Visitor Guidelines

  • All adult visitors must bring government issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license)

  • Food and drink (other than water in a secure bottle or for medical reasons) are not allowed

  • Small backpacks are allowed but must be worn on your front or carried in your hand

  • Service dogs are welcome, but pets or emotional support animals are not allowed in the building

  • Visitors may be held accountable for any damages made to the artwork due to disorderly conduct

  • Please note that the KCCNY building is currently under 24 hour surveillance

  • For building capacity and safety purpose, groups larger than 20 must request a group tour

How to Request a Group Tour

Step 1. Submit the Group Appointment Request Form at least 30 calendar days prior to the desired date of the tour 

* You must have 20 or more people to request a group tour
* If your group has more than 50 students, please schedule multiple tours 
* KCCNY requires at least one adult chaperone for every 10 students (minors)

Step 2. Confirm the group tour date with KCCNY

Step 3. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time to check in. 

* All adult chaperones must bring government issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license)
* The tour will last approximately 1 hour
* If plans change, you must notify KCCNY at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time
* No food or drink is allowed in the KCCNY building
* KCCNY does not have parking space for visitors
