Say Sue Me is one of South Korea’s most prominent indie rock bands, combining the English and Korean language with dream pop guitar riffs and beautiful vocals from lead singer Sumi Choi. Forming in 2012, the band has released four albums, five EPs, and a multitude of singles with other prominent Asian bands like Otoboke Beaver. In 2019, the four piece was nominated for five awards at the Korean Music Awards, including Album of the Year, and won two— Best Modern Rock Album and Best Modern Rock Song.
