Classic Korean Cinema presents Nowhere to Hide (Injong- Sajong Bolkot- Opta)

Nowhere to Hide sets the stage in a port city where drug traffickers abound for a time period of several weeks.  As civilians run under cover on a pouring day, a gang boss is viciously stabbed to death during a broad daylight by Sungmin (AHN Sung-ki), the lord of drug traffickers.  Detective Woo (PARK Joong-hoon) is a cunning police officer in hunt for elusive Sungmin with his maze-like hunting plot.  Along the way, Woo and his men capture many nefarious figures of the drug world.  However, Sungmin, a master of disguise, manages to stay under cover until the final showdown with Detective Woo in a coalmining town.

This film is presented in Korean with English subtitles.
Film Curator Ms. Hyun-Ock Im will introduce the program and lead a discussion after the screening.
