From bustling traditional markets and nostalgic bunsik (Korean snack culture) to the iconic pojangmacha (street food stalls), Korean street food is more than a quick bite—it's a reflection of Korea's everyday life, community, and culinary creativity. This workshop invites participants to discover the stories, traditions, and ingredients behind some of Korea's most beloved street foods while exploring the culture that has helped make K-Food a global phenomenon.

Led by returning guest chef Kiki Kim, participants will be introduced to approximately five popular Korean street food dishes, with two featured recipes prepared through a hands-on cooking session. Throughout the workshop, Chef Kiki will also share the history, cultural significance, and cooking techniques behind each dish, while introducing a variety of Korean ingredients and K-Food products that can easily be incorporated into everyday home cooking.
