Welcome to Kccny


The Korean Cultural Center New York (KCCNY) is a government institution inaugurated in December 1979 to establish and promote Korean culture and aesthetics in New York. KCCNY provides diverse cultural and artistic activities including gallery exhibitions, performing arts programs, film festivals, educational workshops, and more.

Designed to accommodate diverse cultural events and activities, the KCCNY building features spaces such as the media wall, gallery, and library, which are open to the public. However, access to the theater and cooking studio is limited to specific events.


Theater

Theater is located in the basement.

Media Wall

Media wall is situated on the first floor.


Gallery

Gallery is situated on the second floor.

Garden

Adjacent to the gallery, our garden offers a refreshing space where visitors can enjoy the fresh air and tranquil surroundings.


Library

Library is situated on the third floor. Visitors interested in borrowing books need to sign up for a KCCNY library membership.

Cooking Studio

Cooking studio is situated on the fourth floor of the building. This space is tailored to host cooking classes.
