Our first dinner will be held on Saturday, September 29th and will feature Korean cuisine. An original menu will be created and prepared by Chef Sung Uni Lee, an NYC chef, consultant and educator seen on The Food Network's Chopped. Reservations now being taken. 22 seats will be available for this meal so grab a seat today. Together we’ll broaden our borders with foreign flavor!

What we're about:
Plates Without Borders is a fusion dinner party series in partnership with Alhamra Art Center. At these monthly gatherings we’ll explore custom menus prepared by experienced chefs. The themed meals highlight bridges between regions in conflict to initiate conversations of awareness and advocacy.

Each ticket includes:
Three courses prepared by expert chefs picked for their relationship to the culture
Full dining service waitstaff.

Informational menus sharing the inspiration behind each dish
