A retrospective of LEE Chang-dong, recognized as one of Korea’s most talented film directors and screenwriters. Screenings include his latest film, Secret Sunshine, a drama set in small-town Korea, which won best film and best director for Lee at the Asian Film Awards, as well as three other Korean film awards. Lee will hold Q&A sessions with the audience at Asia Society following the screenings of Oasis (Monday, May 5) and Secret Sunshine (Wednesday, May 7).  Moon So-ri, who won the Best Actress award for her role as a disabled woman in Oasis at the Venice Film Festival will join Director Lee for the Q&A discussion following the screening of Oasis on May 7.
