Theme: BAPSANG - Korean Dining Table

Join us for a live online program with songs, rhymes, and favorite read-aloud books in Korean and English as we show you how storytime is fun for the whole family! Open to children of all ages!

Recommended for ages 3~7, but all are welcome.
No knowledge of Korean required.

Let’s play and learn Korean!
New Class every third Thursday of the Month at 1:00 PM

Unlike other countries, the typical Korean dining table consists of bap (cooked rice), guk (soup or stew), and banchan (side dishes). What is your favorite Korean dish? What if the food on the table shouted 'Eat me first!'? We invite you to the Korean dining table full of delicious food!

In this March Program, we will read a picture book about Bapsang, the Korean dining table. We are also going to learn words and expressions related to food, and have a fun craft time to set our own table with Korean dishes!

Storytime is a program for parents/caregivers and their children. The parent/caregiver is suggested to be present during the entire program.

<Korean Storytime> is an online education program by the Korean Cultural Center New York and New York Public Library, St. Agnes. It deals with diverse themed stories every month in Korean and English.
