A street portrait artist is a victim of constant abuse from the local thugs and insults from his customers. One day, after a customer tears up a portrait, he decides to take revenge on all those who have caused him pain by going on a killing spree. As he commits his violent acts, a girl follows him to capture his actions on a digital camcorder. This quasi-documentary film explores the character’s psychological state of mind through depictions of shocking violent acts that have become Kim’s trademark.
